Regional Sales Manager

Sales Management | Remote / Regional | Contract / Part-Time to Full-Time

Role Summary

Lead regional broker recruiting, territory activation, partner outreach and pipeline discipline for a multi-territory 909Brokers region.

Responsibilities

  • Recruit and onboard business brokers and referral partners.
  • Run regional pipeline meetings and support territory coverage.
  • Help brokers improve calls, scripts, listings, BOVL offers and referrals.
  • Track KPIs, lead flow, listings, referrals and revenue opportunities.
  • Coordinate with leadership on regional growth plans.

Qualifications

  • Sales leadership experience.
  • Brokerage, real estate, finance, SaaS, franchise or local services experience preferred.
  • Comfort coaching commission-oriented professionals.
  • Strong CRM and reporting discipline.
  • Ability to build region-by-region execution plans.
