Role Summary
Support bookkeeping, invoice tracking, commission records, vendor records, listing payments and recurring revenue tracking.
Responsibilities
- Maintain bookkeeping records and categorize income/expenses.
- Track listings, BOVL payments, valuation invoices, commissions and partner payouts.
- Assist with monthly reporting and reconciliation.
- Coordinate with accounting/finance manager and outside CPA where needed.
- Maintain careful documentation and confidentiality.
Qualifications
- Bookkeeping experience with small businesses.
- Comfort with spreadsheets, accounting software and invoice systems.
- Attention to detail and confidentiality.
- Experience with Zoho Books, QuickBooks or similar helpful.
Compensation / Structure
Compensation may vary by role and may include commission, contractor fees, referral economics, part-time compensation, project-based work, equity/partner-track opportunities, or future full-time salary depending on role, performance and company stage.
