Responsibilities
- Support governance, strategic planning and risk oversight.
- Advise on capital, partnerships, operating discipline and management hiring.
- Review performance dashboards and major initiatives.
- Assist with credibility, governance structure and long-term platform development.
Qualifications
- Board, executive, investor, legal, finance, M&A or scaling-company experience.
- Strong fiduciary mindset and confidentiality.
- Relevant network and judgment for a growing business brokerage platform.
Compensation / Structure
